Requirement for
Membership
Registration with
the Taxila Chamber
of Commerce and
Industry
- The applicant must be a sole proprietorship, partnership firm, association of persons, or company. They must hold an NTN number in the business name. Sales tax registration is required for further Weboc registration.
- The business must align with the distinct business opportunities or jurisdiction of District Taxila as specified in the MOA and AOA of LCCI, and under the federal government license of Pakistan.
- The application for membership with the Taxila Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) must be endorsed and seconded by current active LCCI members.
- The proposed LCCI member should have no criminal record.
- LCCI membership registration may be canceled or disqualified based on the rules and regulations in the memorandum and articles of association if any law provision is violated.
- Membership with the Taxila Chamber of Commerce (LCCI) is renewable annually, subject to meeting specific conditions.

- Ensure the subscription fee is paid by March 31st each year, as specified in the MOA and AOA.
- Provide proof of filing the most recent income and sales tax returns, if applicable.
How to Register or Become a Member of Taxila Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)
LCCI Membership Registration Procedure
Proprietorship
- Submit a written application on your business letterhead to the Secretary General of the Taxila Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) for membership registration.
- Complete the LCCI membership registration form, verified by two active LCCI members, each representing different businesses and distinct from your own.
- Provide a photocopy of the proposed member's identity card.
- Include a photocopy of the NTN certificate for the proprietorship business.
- Attach a photocopy of the STRN certificate (if applicable).
- Submit a photocopy of the electricity bill for the business premises.
- Provide the original bank maintenance certificate in the name of the proprietorship business.
Partnership Firm
- Submit a written application on the firm's letterhead to the Secretary General of the Taxila Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) for membership.
- Complete the LCCI membership form, verified by two current LCCI members, each representing different businesses and distinct from the applicant.
- Include Form C.
- Provide a copy of the Partnership Deed.
- Attach a photocopy of the proposed member's Identity Card.
- Include a photocopy of the Partnership Firm's NTN certificate.
- Provide a photocopy of the STRN certificate (if applicable).
- Attach a photocopy of the electricity bill for the business premises.
- Submit the original bank maintenance certificate in the firm's name.
Private Limited or Limited Company
- Submit a written application on company letterhead to the Secretary General of the Taxila Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) for membership registration.
- Complete the TCCI membership registration form. Ensure it is verified by two existing TCCI members, each representing different businesses from the applicant.
- Provide a copy of the Incorporation Certificate.
- Include a copy of the Memorandum of Association.
- Attach a copy of the Articles of Association.
- Submit a copy of Form-II.
- Provide a photocopy of the proposed member's Identity Card.
- Include a photocopy of the company's NTN certificate.
- Attach a photocopy of the STRN certificate (if applicable).
- Provide a photocopy of the business premises' electricity bill.
- Submit the original bank maintenance certificate in the company’s name.
