Registration Process
Registration with PSEB is optional for IT companies, but membership is required to access exclusive benefits. Call centers in Pakistan must be registered with PSEB to operate legally. Unregistered call centers face legal action from the PTA and FIA.
Step 1- Create your Login by Signup on PSEB website
Step 2- Please complete the registration application form, upload the required documents, and submit the application for primary approval
Step 3- After primary PSEB approval, deposit the registration fee, upload the scanned copy of the payment slip, and submit your application for final approval.
Step 4- PSEB will verify the payment, usually taking 2-5 working days. If successful, PSEB issues the certificate. For Call Center, a provisional letter valid for 60 days is issued.
Step 5- Registration of the call center is confirmed after the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) team conducts a physical verification and site inspection of the business premises.
